Born in Innsbruck and trained in law as well as public relations (Dipl. PR, Munich), he combines legal expertise with media know-how and entrepreneurial execution.

Following milestones in international marketing, including at Swarovski, he established his own corporate structures and became a driving force behind successful event and communication formats across the German-speaking world. As the founder of the Gregor Leutgeb Group (GLG), he oversees projects in Munich, Berlin, and beyond. His successes include large-scale immersive formats such as "Soliman’s Dream" (approx. 40,000 visitors) and "Lichtzauber" (Light Magic) at the Munich Residenz.

Furthermore, he has shaped renowned events such as the Ludwig Erhard Summit, exclusive gala formats, and high-profile business and networking events. With the musical production "Andreas Hofer," Gregor Leutgeb channels his experience from international major projects and his expertise in staging emotional, immersive worlds—striving to spectacularly bridge the gap between history and modern entertainment.

Müller began his career at RTL, where as a Network Executive Producer he was responsible for a multitude of popular series, including Hinter Gittern (Behind Bars), Der Clown, Schulmädchen (Schoolgirls), and Sinan Toprak. Early on, he developed an instinct for highly popular material and serialized storytelling that continues to define his work today.

Following his time at RTL, Müller established himself as a freelance writer and producer. He developed and produced numerous show and fiction formats for both private and public broadcasters, including the ARD production Sechs auf einen Streich – Die große Märchenshow (The Great Fairy Tale Show). In 2014, he also took over management of the "RPR1 Morningshow," where he was responsible for the development and production of several comedy formats. In recent years, his focus has once again shifted heavily toward developing fictional content.

Working as a writer, producer, and executive producer, his contributions have shaped series and formats such as Herzogpark (RTL+) and Polizieruf 110: Paranoia (BR). In addition, Müller served as casting director for the ZDF comedy series Smilingen and as a cast coach for the live event format Die Passion (RTL). With Malle Olé – Das Musical, which premiered in Duisburg in early 2026, Müller successfully expanded his creative work to the stage.

As writer, executive producer, and head writer, he channels his experience from television, music, and live entertainment into this work. The musical Andreas Hofer – Lied der Freiheit (The Song of Freedom) is currently in development; for this project, Müller is responsible for the music, as well as the libretto alongside Melanie Bock. In addition to his work for film, television, and the stage, Müller works as a composer and lyricist for artists such as Peter Kraus and Mike Kraus. He complements his broad creative spectrum by working as a lecturer at renowned educational institutions like the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, the HFF Munich, the DFFB Berlin, and the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, where he passes on his knowledge in genre development, format design, and TV dramaturgy.

Her work includes production management for the musical "Malle Olé – das Musical, das ballert," bringing extensive experience in the development and implementation of stage and media formats.

Her independent projects encompass the conception, writing, directing, and production of musical theatre formats, as well as the development of creative campaigns—such as a collaboration with the Augsburger Puppenkiste (Augsburg Puppet Theatre) for the Minijob-Zentrale. In executive roles, Melanie Bock has managed marketing as well as internal and external corporate communications, and she spent several years working in press and public relations for the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See (German Pension Insurance).

There, her responsibilities included designing and steering nationwide campaigns and major events. Her training as an event management specialist forms the foundation of her career. Her profile is further enhanced by strong competencies in project and process management, organizational development, and her work as a systemic coach. Melanie Bock stands for creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and the deliberate utilization of inspiration and intuition to fuel an intentional, yet structured, creative process.
